SHIPPING POLICY

1. Service Overview

2. Processing Times (Production and Packaging)

The delivery time is composed of two phases:

1. Processing / Production Time:
   • Catalog Products (Non-Customized): All orders are processed and packaged within [X to X] business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.
   • Customized Products (3D Printing, Quotations): Since these require custom design and manufacturing, production time may vary. The estimated production time will be indicated directly in your quote or upon completion of the “QUOTE YOUR CUSTOM DESIGN” process.
2. Shipping / Transit Time:
   • This time begins once the order is handed over to the shipping company.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification with the tracking number from the shipping company so you can track the shipment until its destination.

5. Address and Order Pickup

• Our operation is exclusively virtual; therefore, it is not possible to pick up orders directly at our operations center. All orders are sent to the address provided.
• Please ensure that the shipping address is correct and complete to avoid delays or additional costs.
