4. Intellectual Property and Design Content

• Store Content: All visual elements, logos, texts, product designs, and the structure of the site are the property of the company. No license or right of use over our web platform is granted.

• Custom Designs: When the user requests a quote and provides files (logos, images, etc.) through the “QUOTE YOUR CUSTOM DESIGN” module, the user declares to be the legitimate owner of the intellectual property rights of said files or to have the necessary license or permission for their reproduction in 3D Printing. The company assumes no responsibility for the infringement of third-party rights resulting from the manufacturing of designs supplied by the client.  

5. Prices and Purchase Process

• Prices: All published prices are in Colombian Pesos ($) and include VAT and other applicable taxes. If two or more prices are presented, the user will only be obliged to pay the lowest price.

• Quotations: Quotations generated through the custom design module are valid for [Define number] calendar days.  

6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

  These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any controversy will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Colombia.
