1. Service Overview

    • This time starts running once the order is handed over to the shipping company.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification with the number of guide (tracking number) from the shipping company so you can track the shipment until its destination.

5. Address and Order Pickup

  • Our operation is exclusively virtual; therefore, it is not possible to pick up orders directly at our operations center. All orders are sent to the address provided.
  • Please ensure that the shipping address is correct and complete to avoid delays or additional costs.
