1. Legal Warranty
The warranty period for our products is [30 calendar days] starting from the date of delivery. The warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing or quality defects that prevent the normal use of the product.
To request a warranty claim, you can opt for:
The repair of the good.
The exchange for a new one or one with similar characteristics.
The money back refund (only if the failure persists after repair or if it is not possible to repair/exchange it).
Exoneration of Warranty: The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use of the good by the consumer, normal wear and tear, or alteration/modification of the product.
2. Right of Withdrawal (Applicable to Catalog Products)
The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases:
Term: The maximum period to exercise this right is five (5) business days counted from the date of delivery of the product.
Product Condition: The product must be returned in perfect condition: unused, without modifications, clean, and in its original packaging.
Costs: The transportation costs and any other costs associated with the return of the good will be covered by the consumer.
Refund: The money paid will be refunded within a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date the right was exercised, provided that the return conditions have been met.
3. Restrictions on Custom Products (3D Printing)
The Right of Withdrawal DOES NOT APPLY to products manufactured or personalized according to the customer’s specifications or that are made to a special order.
This includes:
Items created through the “QUOTE YOUR CUSTOM DESIGN” module.
Products with specific logos, names, or designs requested by the customer.
These products are only subject to a Legal Warranty for manufacturing defects.
4. Procedure for Requesting a Return or Warranty
To initiate the process, send an email to pracktico1@gmail.com with the following information:
Full name, contact phone number (3106910940), and order number.
Detailed reason for the claim and the requested option (Repair, Exchange, or Refund).
Proof of purchase (invoice) and photographic evidence of the defect.
The request will be evaluated within a maximum period of [15 days] following the receipt of the claim.
